His co-founding of a serious games company highlights his passion for creating impactful learning experiences in multiplayer virtual worlds, where he served as a producer, blending education and gaming to create immersive educational experiences.
Nathan's journey with Xsolla began in May 2022, when he took on the role of Business Development Manager - Indies. Over the next year and ten months, he established strong relationships with indie game developers across Europe and helped guide them through the complexities of game publishing and distribution. His efforts have been instrumental in the region's growth and the success of many indie games.
In February 2024, Nathan's exceptional performance and leadership skills earned him a promotion to Director of Business Development - EMEA. In this role, he continues to leverage his skills in video games and game publishing, driving strategic initiatives to expand Xsolla's presence and influence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Based in Berlin, Germany, Nathan operates on-site, leading his team to identify new opportunities and foster partnerships that benefit the broader gaming community.
